Wellness Report Card
Each fall, Fayette County Public Schools produces a Wellness Report Card that describes nutrition programs and physical activity in schools across the district. The report outlines initiatives to improve cafeteria offerings, provide more opportunities for students to try fresh fruits and vegetables, increase Farm to School efforts, and encourage more physical activity. After a period of community feedback, the overview and districtwide goals are submitted to the school board for approval in late January.
2020 Wellness Report Card (draft) -- This year's version looks much different because of the COVID-19 school closures in March. It will be presented to the school board for approval at the Jan. 25 action meeting.
