Open records requests

For open records requests, please see details under our Legal Office. These requests must:

• Be in alignment with district priorities.
• Be feasible in terms of demands on the time and resources of FCPS students, families, and staff.
• Not interfere with staff members’ ability and availability to complete their assigned duties when participating in outside research.
• Not violate FERPA.
