    The district's Technology Department is staffing a call-in help desk for families who need technical support with their child's FCPS account or Chromebook. Please call (859) 381-4410 to get help. 

    Starting December 2020 these are the Help Desk Call Center hours:

    Mondays 8:00AM-7:00PM
    Tuesdays 8:00AM-7:00PM
    Wednesdays 8:00AM-6:00PM
    Thursdays 8:00AM-6:00PM
    Fridays 8:00AM-6:00PM
