Please use first line troubleshooting steps provided when any type of online content is not loading properly. Online content can be anything from logging into an account, to a menu option, menu button, students on a roster, etc.
NOTE: Cluttered cache causes an array of online issues. Therefore, on FCPS Chromebooks, cache is now cleared on the end of each student session.

For issues in apps accessed via a Google login, after clearing cache, sign out of Google, shutdown and reboot.
