    *  I am having trouble signing on to the Clever products?  Use this link to access the Clever products  www.clever.com/in/fayette

    * My chromebook has a blank screen?  call the Helpdesk at 859-381-4410 or Ms. Hensley at 859-379-8268 or you may submit a helpdesk ticket   You will need to be signed in to a fcps account to access this service.  

    * I need more help with Google Classroom. click here for resources  Google Classroom help information  - Please note that the Technology HelpDesk has adjusted there hours to 8 am-8 pm.  The site in this link just has not had an update in the hours.  

    * I need help signing into my email account.  clink on this link Signing into my email account   Kindergarten students:  you will need to contact the HelpDesk if you are unable to access your account.  It may be you need a password set up to access your account.   

    * I have an  issue on your Chromebook or I would like to share my awesome work with my teachers.   take a screenshot of your screen and message it to  your teacher in email or Dojo.
