    Technology Helpdesk for Families 

    The district's Technology Department is available for families who need technical support with their child's FCPS account or Chromebook. Call the temporary Student Tech Support number, 381-4410, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. weekdays.

     

    Interpreter Services Available

    In response to the extended school outage, another service is now available. On-call local interpreters are available for Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meet or phone calls. These interpreters are available without a scheduled request. Please contact Jessica Sanchez for additional information regarding on-call interpreters.

     
    IMPORTANT NOTE: Language Line is for just-in-time/emergency services ONLY.  It shouldnot be used for regular family contact during the COVID-19 outage.
     
    To access an interpreter for just-in-time/emergency services:
    1. Dial 1-866-874-3972
    2. Enter the FCPS Client ID: 548132 
    3. Select the language you need - 1 for Spanish - 2 for all other languages - 0 if you do NOT know the language
    4. Enter your Access Code: (School and Location-Specific)
    5. Once the interpreter is connected, use the speakerphone feature to communicate.
     
    Our contracted translation providers are working around the clock to meet exceptionally high demand. We have added service-providers to increase timely translations.
