Randall D. Peffer,
Chief of High Schools
Peffer has served the students of Kentucky as a high school mathematics teacher, high school associate principal, high school principal, Highly Skilled Educator and Education Recovery leader for the Kentucky Department of Education, chief academic officer, and assistant superintendent. Peffer earned a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with minors in Chemistry and Physics from Marshall University. He earned his master’s degree in Secondary Mathematics Education and Rank I in School Leadership from Morehead State University. He completed his Superintendent Certification from the University of Kentucky. He also earned a doctorate in K-12 Educational Leadership from Morehead State.
