• StationArts Flex

    ALL Students in StationArts are assigned to a StationArts Flex class.  This flex class is designed to help students complete their StationArts Capstone Portfolio.  The portfolio includes an artist statement, art-based resume, teacher recommendation letters, videos/photos of performances or works of art, as well as introductions and reflections for those performances and pieces.  By completing this portfolio, students have the tools necessary to apply for summer programs, scholarships, and college and university applications.  Students also participate in StationArts Convocations where students present works of art and/or performances to their teachers and peers in order to get feedback for improvement.  

    Instrumental Music

    All instrumental music majors are required to complete 4 years in an ensemble plus a 5th music class such as Piano/Keyboarding, AP Music Theory, or another music class outside of their major.  Participation in Solo and Ensemble Assessment is Mandatory.
