    Wellness Wednesday

Wellness Wednesday is not just an opportunity for casual dress but an opportunity for us to continue to grow a Healthy School Environment.  Please don't just tell your kids that they can dress in workout clothes, put it in your newsletter, I'll add something on Dojo. Remember no Spandex, spaghetti strings, and complete coverage (no mid drift showing), also make sure all shorts are an appropriate length.

    Healthy Active kids learn better!
