    Please Support Morton Middle School

Thanks to everyone who sold Yankee Candles this year. We are more than halfway to our goal and appreciate all of the help. Please note that late orders will be accepted through Friday, September 13, and the deadline for students to earn prizes and incentives will end at that point.

Although there are extra order forms in the office if needed, the online sale runs through January 8, 2020. Perfect gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, housewarmings, and many more occasions. All students have been given a color catalog with instructions on how to order and online shopping is as easy as going to www.yankeecandlefundraising.com and entering Morton’s group # 990098135 in the “Start Shopping” box. Click on the “Seller Login” button and fill out the “sign up to be a seller” from using the Morton group # and sell across the country with the new Mobile App.

Thanks for the support and for more information, contact Mr. Williams at 859-381-3533 ext. 41402

  • Summer Reading Lists for 2019-20

One of our favorite sayings here at Morton is “Mustangs who read succeed!”  Summer is a great opportunity for students to continue Summer Reading exercising and stretching their brain through daily reading.  Therefore, all Morton students are required to read two books off of the approved grade-level specific summer reading list.  Upon returning to school, students will take Accelerated Reader tests to demonstrate their comprehension of each book in English/Language Arts class.  The book lists were developed to include a diverse listing of genre, interests, and reading levels.  Happy reading!
