How to access your staff portal

Authentication is required on all staff portal pages. You should enter the same user name and password combination that you use to access your workstation, Webmail, and other network resources.

You may not need to access the staff portal. Here are a few employee resources located outside the portal:

• Work calendars, pay dates, salary schedules, employee handbooks, etc.
• Health insurance, retirement and other benefits
• Aesop placement service and other links for substitutes
• MUNIS Self Serve -- Log in Help/Instructions
• Pay Voucher System (for printed W-2's only -- for pay and leave information, use MUNIS Self Service)
• Webmail and SkyDrive
• SharePoint
• New Employee Documents and Employee Workspace
