Third-grade Spanish immersion teacher, Liberty Elementary

My third-graders are my No. 1 priority. I am responsible not only for teaching them the content but also for transitioning them from a primary mindset to an intermediate one. 

My goal is for students to learn to be responsible, accept challenges, work well with one another, and always do their best on everything that is presented to them. If I come into the classroom every day with enthusiasm and the belief in my heart that every child will reach or exceed the expectations that I have set for them, they will do so. 

With the right combination of rigor, love and fidelity, my third-grade students will bloom into fabulous fourth-graders.
