Curriculum coach, Cardinal Valley Elementary

Having been in education for many years, I have come to believe that each and every person working in or around a school environment has an impact on children and their futures. 

I spent many years as a classroom teacher and for the past 12 years, I’ve had an even broader impact on students by coaching teachers. I thoroughly enjoy my position and the wonderful teachers I have worked with through the years. A teacher is a teacher, no matter what capacity in which they offer their services, guidance and knowledge. 

I currently work as a curriculum coach at Cardinal Valley Elementary, where I absolutely love my job. I help teachers to recognize their areas of expertise, areas of growth, new strategies, best practices or just a new way of thinking, in order for them to help students to reach their full potential. 

I have worked with many phenomenal educators! The knowledge I have learned from working with so many of the fabulous teachers in Fayette County is constantly being shared and spread to others.
