"All students have the right to learn no matter what their backgrounds are. My role as a teacher is to help them with a lot of patience to get the confidence in their ability to learn and believe that they can do or be whatever they want. I think that teachers need to build a good relationship with their students in order to let them know that we really care about them and we want them to be successful."
