"With a degree in organizational leadership and supervision, I strive to keep our school performing like a well-oiled machine. Efficiency and streamlined processes are what make our school function smoothly. All day, every day I am a problem-solver and a solution finder. Whether the question is about payroll, copiers, bookkeeping or translating for a Spanish-speaking family, I give 100 percent effort to make sure it is handled correctly. 

"Although many times I do not contribute directly to a student’s education, I do indirectly impact the student body as a whole. I ensure that field trips are organized, medicine is taken, planners and folders are in their classrooms, and many other behind-the-scene tasks that influence the learning environment are covered.

"While completing daily tasks, I am constantly thinking about how I can help my co-workers and students in our school. I’m fortunate to work with such supportive staff and caring students at Garden Springs."
