"I have one of the best jobs in the world -- I get to inspire and motivate children! As we all know, children at this tender age are like sponges, and I get to see it first-hand. I believe that every child deserves a great education, and it is my priority to help them reach their goal.  

"I work with children in small groups for reading, math and when needed, one-on-one for individual help. By engaging with the children in this setting, I get to experience pure joy watching a child accomplish a task that he thought he could not do. For example, I give one-on-one help to children who need a hand learning their 'sightwords' for the weekly test. After they pass the test, we are both ecstatic. I love watching the huge smiles on their faces. That's why I believe I am truly blessed to have a job that I enjoy."
