"I strongly believe that all students can learn to set goals and experience success.  It is a privilege to have the opportunity to guide my students as they learn to work hard and reach their fullest potential. I want my students to know that learning is fun, but it can also be hard work. It is my job to create an inviting learning environment in which my students know they are loved and feel safe to take risks. I also strive to channel the interests and curiosities of my students into the direction of learning. It is my hope to provide my students with some of the tools necessary as they grow to become active, growing participants in our society. Education is a life-long journey, and I have the responsibility to assist my students to make it a rewarding one."
