Teachers: Interested in earning National Board for Professional Teaching Standards certification?

Contact Mike Kennedy, District Professional Development Coordinator or browse to the NBPTS web site for additional information.

NBPTS certified teachers receive a $2000 salary supplement for the life of their certificate.

The PD Offerings Menu lists opportunities for professional development and enables participants to enroll in selected offerings online. The menu now incorporates technology offerings.

PD Help Desk: The Professional Development Office has started a help and information service for teachers and other school staff. The service can be accessed via e-mail. To ask a question or request information, type "fcps teacher help" in the e-mail "To" box. All inquiries will be answered as soon as possible. For further information contact Mike Kennedy.
