The Human Resources Department has scheduled a Praxis II workshop from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Oct. 7 in the Ambrose Building. FCPS employees who plan to take Praxis II in the next few months are encouraged to attend.

The workshop, hosted by a certified ETS specialist, will cover such topics as test construction, multiple-choice frameworks and best-practices strategies. 

Applicants must be an FCPS employee in the 2010–2011 school year and must be enrolled in a regular or alternative certification program. The workshop enrollment is limited to 35; materials and lunch are provided.
