The 16th annual “Kids Helping Kids” food drive runs Sept. 7 to Nov. 1.
Five Fayette County food pantries now serve more than 1,500 households every month, with an average monthly distribution of about 145,000 pounds. That’s why God’s Pantry Food Bank needs a hand!
The fall drive encourages schools to compete to see which can donate the most pounds of food per student. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky is again sponsoring monetary awards for winners in the elementary, middle and high school divisions.
