The Fayette County Board of Education has authorized a one-time amnesty waiving penalties and interest due on delinquent occupational license taxes.

This amnesty is available for taxes previously not reported, taxes previously reported but in need of amendment, and taxes previously reported but not paid in full.

A complete application must be postmarked or received in the school district’s Tax Office no later than July 30, 2010.
