The Lexington-Fayette County Health Department is providing special clinics for school physicals to help families get kids ready for this fall.

The clinics run 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. every Wednesday in July and August at the Public Health Clinic South, 2433 Regency Road. The cost is based on income.
