Students at Eastside Technical Center will again work alongside professional automotive technicians during the 20^th annual Bluegrass Car Care Clinic.

Free inspections will be available starting at 9 a.m. Saturday Oct. 24 at the school, at 2208 Liberty Road near the district bus garage.

The teenagers – in partnership with the Professional Master Technicians Association – will check the basics such as the oil, antifreeze, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, windshield wiper fluid, windshield wipers, hoses, vacuum lines, electrical wires, tire pressure, tread depth, windows and body. A special lane for emissions testing will also be open.

After inspection, drivers may talk with the technicians about the findings and recommendations.
