Principal Yvonne Peace is inviting the whole community to come out for an open house at the new William Wells Brown Elementary School from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday Oct. 5.

The afternoon will include an opening song and welcome from students, remarks by leaders from Fayette County Public Schools and the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, self-guided tours of the school, refreshments in the cafeteria and community activity sign-ups.
