Schools will dismiss 1 hour early today - Tuesday, February 3

In light of worsening winter weather conditions, all Fayette County Public Schools will be dismissing one hour early. Based upon information from the National Weather Service and local forecasters, this timing will allow the first band of snow to pass though the county before putting buses on the roads. Parents can pick up their children earlier if they choose and their child will be excused. All afterschool and evening activities are cancelled. Families of all elementary school students will be contacted before being released.
Please help us communicate this to our community.
