It appears the speed of the approaching winter storm has picked up and may begin around noon instead of late this afternoon. In order to do the safest thing for our students and staff, we will be dismissing school three hours early. Students will be fed an early lunch so they can eat before they go home.

Schools will follow normal dismissal procedures in terms of buses and parent pick up traffic patterns. Everything will just happen three hours earlier.

Here are the dismissal times:
  • 1st Elementary (normal dismissal at 2:20 p.m.) today at 11:20 a.m.
  • 2nd Elementary (normal dismissal at 2:50 p.m.) today at 11:50 a.m.
  • High School (normal dismissal at 3:20 p.m.) today at 12:20 p.m.
  • Middle School (normal dismissal at 3:50 p.m.) today at 12:50 p.m.
All school sponsored evening and after school activities have been cancelled.

YMCA after school care is cancelled.

Parks and Recreation after school care will have limited staffing available until parents can come and pick their students up. Parents should come and get their children as soon as possible.
