First Lady Glenna Fletcher and representatives from Kentucky’s Governor’s Cabinet will read to students at Glendover Elementary School as part of Scholastic’s Read for Life initiative on Friday, December 8 beginning at 8:45 a.m. Mrs. Fletcher is an alumna of the school.

 

Scholastic’s Read For Life is an annual reading campaign encouraging children all over the world to celebrate the joy of books by reading together. Scholastic will also make a donation of books to the school on Friday. 

The school is located at 710 Glendover Road.
