FCPS sends a record number of graduates out into the world

The Class of 2017 looked beyond the rain clouds toward their bright futures as Fayette County Public Schools bid farewell to more than 2,600 graduates in five commencements May 24 and 25 at Rupp Arena.  

Lafayette High School

Broadcasts: The ceremonies will also be archived and available through Channel 13’s Video on Demand service. In addition, graduates and their families may request a free copy: Simply drop off a blank DVD-R at the front desk of district offices, 701 E. Main St., attn. Linda Dawahare, or mail it to her c/o FCPS at 1126 Russell Cave Road, Lexington KY 40505. Please attach a note with your name, daytime phone number, and the event requested (e.g. Lafayette’s graduation).
