Gifted / Talented Programs

SCAPA at Bluegrass

School for Creative and Performing Arts at Bluegrass is a grades 4-8 magnet program designed for students identified in creativity and visual/performing arts which includes art, music, dance, drama and creativity in writing.

Eligibility to the School for Creative and Performing Arts at Bluegrass program requires a minimum of three (3) pieces of supporting documentation. All students who have a complete application file (application, at least one recommendation, and parent questionnaire) are scheduled for an audition in the arts area of their choosing. Placements are then made according to space availability at the school and rank order by audition results in each arts area.
