Division of Human Resources

The Division of Human Resources is comprised of the Fayette County Public Schools Job Application Center, Certified Personnel, Classified Personnel, Employee Benefits, Professional Development, Staff Development and Recruitment, the Kentucky Teacher Internship Program and Substitute Services.

The Human Resources Division establishes the initial employee record and provides the official job offer to new employees of Fayette County Schools. All employment applications are received through FCPS internet application center. After initial employment the department continues to assist employees with information and direction on certification requirements, employee health and retirement benefits, job vacancies, minority scholarships, new teacher internship requirements, professional development opportunities and requirement, leave and substitute options, and maintaining employee records.
