Your Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Behavioral Medicine Network: (859) 224-2022(800) 455-5579 IT'S EASY TO USE, IT'S FREE AND IT'S CONFIDENTIAL!As an employee of the Fayette County Public School System, you and your spouse and dependents have access to free EAP services provided as a benefit to you by FCPS. Those services include being able to talk confidentially with a counselor about some of the "problems of daily living" that get to most of us at one time or another. Things like...
The professional staff at BMN are trained and certified to help you find practical solutions for these real problems. And no one will know you have used the program unless you tell them. We will not share any information with your employer without your signed authorization. TO ACCESS YOUR EAP SERVICESSimply call one of the telephone numbers listed above, identify yourself as an employee (or spouse or dependent of an employee) of FCPS and say that you would like an EAP appointment. You will be asked a few questions about why you are calling, so that you can be matched up with the most appropriate BMN counselor. You will be given an appointment date and time with that counselor. Eight (8) free sessions per problem per year are available to you, up to a maximum of sixteen (16) free sessions available per family unit per year. Remember: it's easy to use, it's free, and it's confidential.Last update: 9/21/2004 11:36:48 AM |
