Classified Aspiring Leadership Program

The Classified Aspiring Leadership program is a voluntary program designed to offer hourly, classified, Fayette County Public School Employees an opportunity to become effective leaders. The program is designed to assist individuals in obtaining or improving leadership skills necessary for a leadership position within the district. The purpose of the program is for self-improvement and professional development. Please note that participation in the program does not guarantee a leadership position within the district, nor an increase in pay.

Interested in applying for the Classified Aspiring Leadership Program? Complete the application. Once your application is complete, please send your resume and application to kiyon.massey@fayette.kyschools.us by December 7, 2007. After all applications and resumes are received, a committee will choose candidates for the class, the candidate’s immediate supervisor will be notified and candidates will be informed of their acceptance into the program via mail by January 4, 2008. Candidates who are not accepted into the program for the spring session, will received a letter informing them of the decision and will be encouraged to apply for the session in the fall of 2008.
