What we do:
Our office aims to promote the full participation and inclusion of limited English proficient (LEP) students in the general education curriculum, ensure their academic success is on par with native speakers, and enable LEP students to make succesful transitions to post-secondary opportunities.

More than 4,200 students across the school district speak another primary language, with Spanish by far the predominant one. Among some 85 languages represented here are Albanian, Arabic, Armenian, Cambodian, Croatian, Farsi, Haitian Creole, Hindi, Lingala, Punjabi, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Swahili, Telugu and Vietnamese.
