The Department of Educational and Administrative Technology exists to lead the Fayette County Public Schools to better use of technology in the classroom as well as in the office. We affirm that the use of  technology in education should never be an end unto itself, but a means to more effective teaching and learning.

The original assessment, conducted by Sun Associates (www.sun-associates.com), was released February 2000. The DTA is updated every year in order to show progress over time.
