Dr. Fankhauser read a response supplied by John Toye. Murlyn still felt that everyone in the department should be afforded the same opportunity for advancement. Dr. Fankhauser will refer to Mr. Toye to inform all staff when training will occur, for the purpose of increasing knowledge and the possibility of advancement within the department.
