Calendar changes for 2007-08

Whenever our schools are closed because of inclement weather, we have to make up the instructional time lost. So far this winter, Fayette County Public Schools were forced to close on six separate days in January and February.

The calendar has been changed so that students will now attend school on Friday, February 15, Friday, March 7, and May 27-30. The last day of classes for students is now May 30.

All six days were previously scheduled as “No School” days for kids but had also been set aside as possible weather make-up days.

All students and staff will need to report to school on February 15, March 7, and May 27-30.
