What we do:
The Purchasing Office handles bids for the school district, from creating to advertising to submitting them to the Board of Education for approval.
How to find us:
Our office is in room 101 of the Louie Mack Building, at 460 Springhill Drive, Lexington KY 40503.

To register as a vendor or for information on a particular bid or RFP, please visit https://fcps.economicengine.com/.
Registering your business will add you to our vendor list and enable to you download specifications for current bids and RFPs. Registering also will ensure you receive notification of new bids and RFPs for the commodities you have expressed an interest in.
Email contact is the only notification you will receive. Please check your email account daily and make any email address changes as quickly as possible; otherwise, you might not receive notifications.

Fayette County Public Schools occasionally lists surplus school buses, assorted vehicles and equipment for sale on eBay. (The district makes no warranty or assurances.)
