Superior Customer Service Initiative
Fayette County Public Schools has launched a program to ensure we deliver superior customer service that values and respects everyone – every day and in every way. This unified effort builds relationships that will help close achievement gaps and improve the overall success of all our students.
Seven schools and five departments participated during the 2010-2011 pilot phase; all eventually will come aboard.
To assist in our mission, parents of children at the pilot schools were randomly chosen for a phone survey conducted by an outside company. Students, staff and community members were also surveyed to provide us with baseline data to identify things we do well and show us the areas we need to improve.
