The College and Career Readiness report compares the number of high school graduates with the number of high school students who either scored above the college readiness benchmark set by the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education or who earned an industry-recognized career certificate.

The improvement goal was calculated by dividing the distance to 100 percent by 2.
