An accountability model called Unbridled Learning for All is rolling out in the 2011-2012 school year to replace the Commonwealth Accountability Testing System (CATS) and Kentucky Core Content Test (KCCT). 

The state also has adopted a new set of nationally developed standards, the Kentucky Core Academic Standards, on which to assess students in math and reading. Science and social studies will continue to be evaluated using KCCT until new standards are completed.

In the meantime, annual results are released in interim performance reports.
