Students now take the Kentucky Core Content Test (KCCT) in reading, mathematics, science, social studies and writing.

In the spring of 2009, the state legislature scrapped the Commonwealth Accountability Testing System (CATS). A new testing system should be ready for the 2011-2012 school year.

In the meantime, KCCT results are released in these interim performance reports.
