The Kentucky Department of Education chose software called Infinite Campus to manage student records in all school districts across the state. This is a fully web-based system, and a single database houses all the records for a district. Families are encouraged to keep their household information up-to-date; please return this form to the school office:
The Campus Portal gives parents and guardians access to students' attendance records, grades, class assignments and more. (Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer are the recommended browsers.) Note: Questions about a student's grades or attendance should be directed to the teachers or the school.
To establish a Parent Portal account, please click Electronic Request for Parent Portal Activation Key or email Parent.Portal@fayette.kyschools.us with the following information: guardian's full name, guardian's preferred email address, street address, student's name, date of birth and school.
If you have technical difficulties, email Parent.Portal@fayette.kyschools.us with the parent/guardian name and address, the student's name and school, plus any details or error messages.
